The TRIBE brand is designed to sit between a conventional hotel and a longer-stay residence: studios run 28 square metres with kitchenettes, while the larger apartment units reach 56–57 square metres with separate living areas. A published long-stay package covers bookings from one month to six months and beyond, and the property also takes short nightly stays.
